About Chris

I started my weight training journey at the age of 14 when I began playing football which I had the opportunity to eventually play for Team Canada, and U16 & U18 for Team Manitoba.  As my young football career ended I hired a fitness coach and transitioned into more bodybuilding style training.  I found a passion for fitness and using it not only to continuously improve my quality of life but as an outlet for stress and anxiety.  

 

I want to take my own experiences and education in health fitness and help you experience the same benefits I had the opportunity to experience and more.

About Kenz

I got into fitness at a young age when I started long distance running at only 14! I have my mother to thank for guiding me to move my body and being next to me running marathons. I ran marathons for nearly 10 years until injury led me to stop. As I was confused and frustrated I found a new love for the gym and strength training. Since then I’ve pushed myself more than ever and I have so much to be thankful for with how far I’ve come and what I’ve learned. 

 

Health and fitness it important to me because we are all seeking longevity - and what’s the best way to increase longevity? Health, fitness, nutrition, and lifestyle. Improving your health can clear disease, illness and make you feel the best you ever have. It is so near and dear to my heart and I love learning more and more about health and fitness. I want to help YOU become the best version of yourself inside and out.

 

Here's a a few of my favourites:

Training day: Leg day all the way 

Favourite meal: Cauliflower pizza or protein pancakes 

Favourite workout song: probably something by AC/DC or Motley Crüe (thanks dad)

Favourite gym: My Own

About Hailey

 My fitness journey started at the age of 14 when I became a competitive swimmer. Once my swimming journey ended after high school, I later discovered my passion for weight training, which opened doors and allowed me to learn hard work, discipline and accountability.  Fitness is something that is important to me as it has contributed and been extremely beneficial for my mental health.  From someone who struggles with anxiety, I believe it is absolutely necessary to take care of your physical and mental health!

 

I want to use my knowledge and passion for health and fitness to motivate, support, and help you achieve your goals!

About Shane

After spending most of my later teen years over weight and indulging in "bad" habits, I decided it was time to change, but for real this time.  I made the commitment to exercise 4-5x per week, eat clean and focus on bettering myself every single day.  The day I decided to make this change was the absolute best day of my life as it allowed me to truly experience what I was/am capable of and to understand who I am, inside and outside of the gym.  Fitness almost immediately became my passion.

Today, helping others achieve this level in life is my new found passion; it's my purpose.  I promise you that if you commit, stay consistent and bring your best every day that you too will be able to unlock your full potential while not only improving your physical state but improving your overall health including your energy levels, mood, attitude in life, emotional and mental strength, confidence and SO much more.

At Train Fitmotive it's our mission to help change as many lives as possible for the better.  It's our goal to help you achieve your goal and you can trust that your coach is going to be there to support you every step of the way.
