How do I get charged for my Fitmotive payments?

For the convenience of both the Fitmotive member, and the Fitmotive coach we debit your payments through a P.A.D (pre-authorized debit) agreement, so that payments are automatically withdrawn.  We also accept Visa, MasterCard, and AMEX for credit card options.

Can I continue with Fitmotive after the 4 month minimal commitment?

Absolutely.  The four month commitment is there to ensure a commitment to you, your goals and your coach.  There is no maximum time limit on the duration of you signing with Fitmotive.  We are pleased to have some of our clients for 4+ years.

Do I need to have a membership at a specific gym to sign up with Fitmotive?

No you do not, and infact you do not need to have a gym membership at all. Although having a gym membership may be beneficial for you experience, your coach will create your plan(s) based on whatever you have available to you.

Can I join even if I do not live in the same city as the coach I'd like to team up with?

100%!  You do not have to live in the same city, province or country a your coach as he/she will be able to create your personalized plans without you having to be there.  You will be asked to fill out a form to provide detailed information for your coach, along with scheduling a video call or regular voice call to meet regularly with your coach to discuss progress, changes and strategies to help create the best possible experience for you.

When do my payments come out of my bank account?

Payments are withdrawn on the 10th and the 25th of each month.  Your payment will be withdrawn on the date that lands closest to your sign up date.

Do I get assigned to a coach or can I pick who I'd like to team up?

You have the option of choosing the Fitmotive coach that you would like to work with.  Keep in mind that some coaches may not be accepting clients at the moment, which you will then have the choice of being on a waitlist or working with another coach.
